Magnaflux Power Pack
A Magnaflux Type P910-007E 004 Power Pack is available for immediate delivery. It is in excellent condition, and is supplied complete with a new Certificate of Calibration.
AC magnetising is expressed in RMS to a maximum of 1000Amps.
HWDC magnetising is expressed in MagAmps to a maximum of 1000Amps.
The power pack requires a 415VAC supply (2 phases + Earth), and is fitted with standard either end connectors. Intermittent
supply current rating is 10.2 Amps.

Quantum QTF-2
A Quantum QTF-2 portable combination ultrasonic flaw detector/ thickness gauge, complete with battery
charger, spare battery, operator guide and carrying case is available. The equipment is in fair condition, and is supplied with a new Certificate of Conformance.
As a stand-alone flaw detector the Quantum has many features well beyond those of a conventional broad-banded field-portable analogue type flaw detector.
Quantum's thickness gauging capabilities are also excellent, and its "A" trace provides an additional assurance when making measurements.
The Quantum has a frequency range of 0.5MHz to 25MHz, 99.9dB of gain in 0.1, 1.0, and 6.0dB selectable steps, and a range in steel of 750mm.

Ferrotest GWH 2000
This versatile power pack, fitted with standard type welding connectors, is in very good condition. It requires a 415VAC supply
(2 Phases + E).
The Ferrotest GWH 2000 can deliver up to 2000Amps AC RMS, 1800Amps HWDC RMS, and is fitted with Demagnetising. Maximum intermittent current drawn is 63Amps.

Stainless Steel MPI Bench Frame
A complete MPI Bench framework and drain tray, fabricated in stainless steel, is available complete with an encircling coil
former (250mm ID), head and tail stocks, usable bed length of 1 metre, and an ink reservoir. (Pump not fitted)
Suitable for connection to a mobile power pack, of at least 3000Amps peak capacity, this equipment will provide a versatile MPI bench facility very quickly and cost effectively.
