Teledictor 3713 Through-Coil Crack Detector

The Teledictor 3713 instrument operates at a single frequency between 1kHz and 400kHz: the optimum frequency for the test material being determined by its dimensions and size (to be factory set). The unit is provided with a minimum number of necessary controls to facilitate flexible testing requirements.

Teledictor self-contained test heads are also required. These can be fitted directly into manufacturing lines, draw benches recoiling lines positioned between existing mill rolls. Alternatively, for cut length, the equipment could be used off-line with custom designed feeding and discharge facilities.

Magnaflux Power Pack

A Magnaflux Type P910-007E 004 Power Pack is available for immediate delivery. It is in excellent condition, and is supplied complete with a new Certificate of Calibration. 
AC magnetising is expressed in RMS to a maximum of 1000Amps.
HWDC magnetising is expressed in MagAmps to a maximum of 1000Amps.
The power pack requires a 415VAC supply (2 phases + Earth), and is fitted with standard either end connectors. Intermittent supply current rating is 10.2 Amps.

Wagner Electrostatic Spraygun

This complete working system is suitable for transferring developer powder effectively and economically onto components during Penetrant Testing. The developer is electrostatically charged as it passes through an electrostatic field produced between an electrode on the front of the gun and the grounded test object to form an even coating. Ferrotest GWH 2000

This versatile power pack, fitted with standard type welding connectors, is in very good condition. It requires a 415VAC supply (2 Phases + E).

The Ferrotest GWH 2000 can deliver up to 2000Amps AC RMS, 1800Amps HWDC RMS, and is fitted with Demagnetising. Maximum intermittent current drawn is 63Amps.
