BW UV.A High Intensity Flood Lamp

A BW UV.A 400 high intensity ultraviolet lamp provides UV illumination for either fluorescent magnetic particle, or fluorescent penetrant testing, where there is a requirement for a larger field of UV.A than can be achieved with a handlamp.

It can be suspended above an MPI bench or a work area in an inspection booth. The lamp is fan cooled and has a switchable dual voltage supply.

GEN 2000M Ultrasonic Flaw Detectors

Two brand new, end-of-range GEN 2000M analogue ultrasonic flaw detectors are available: suitable for most applications on site, in the factory, laboratory or school. All user controls are located on the front panel.

Frequency range 1MHz to 10MHz, Test range o-7m, Gain range up to 100dB, Pulse repetition frequency interlocked with range control 1KHz to 62.5Hz.

Audit ST-1 MPI Shot Timers

The Audit ST-1 is a precision hand instrument specifically designed to check shot time controls fitted to MPI equipment. The Audit ST-1 displays the shot duration for current flow, coil and flux flow, with selectable resolutions of either 0.1s or 0.02s. The magnetising waveforms are indicated as AC, HWDC or FWDC. Additionally, the Audit ST-1 can measure dual shot functions, including the gap period in between.

CM-1 Condition Monitors

The CM-1 Condition Monitor allows bearings and other rotating parts to be checked very easily by analysing and integrating the various noises associated with mechanical rotation. The noise is displayed on a scale of 1 to 10: reflecting smooth running to potential trouble brewing. By periodically checking the part with the CM-1 Condition Monitor, a trend can be established to schedule preventative maintenance.
