Test Panels		Used to monitor the performance of penetrant processes the following panels are available: TAM 146040, PSM5 approved test piece Twin KDS panels, both types, suitable for water washable or post emulsifiable processing ASME Aluminium test block for comparison of new and used penetrant Eishin panels used to determine the sensitivity of penetrant systems. 10, 20, 30, & 50µm
Refractometer		This hand held precision instrument has an easy read scale of 0-30% and can be used to measure accurately the concentration of hydrophilic penetrant removers.
Wash Guns		Several different types of water and water/air wash guns are available. These may be used for the removal of dye penetrant materials when rinsing during flaw detection processes.
Timers		Two types of process timer are available. These can help ensure that at each stage of the penetrant process, the application time is optimised in accordance with test procedures.
Comparators		The UTE-3 Inspectability Scale is used under UV-A light to determine if fluorescent brightness at the test surface is adequate, and in proper contrast to ambient white light. It can disclose whether the operator can see the size indication he is seeking. Transparent Comparators are available also in a range of indication dimensions.
Sundry Items		Small sundry items are often prerequisites for the effective control of a penetrant process, and include thermometers, hydrometers, filter papers, eye droppers, etc.
